WITH FOUNDERS

We typically find that we work with 3 types of founders, that broadly fall into the following categories:

1. Early Stage: Founder shareholders with more than $2m of revenue that are focused on reaching scale-up shortly, or are underway. Founder and business strategic alignment, clarity, and structure are all becoming more important.

2. Fast growth: Company Founders who already have a fast growth business, and are now realising the need to maximise their business value and get to, then maintain deal readiness.

In being over $5m of revenue, they know that their success means that they will soon be noticed and may within 12-24 months receive a tap on the shoulder from an investor, need capital for non-organic growth, or an investment from a Trade or Private Equity investor to give them shareholder liquidity ROI and perhaps a larger platform opportunity.

3. Investment: Businesses with more than $5m of revenue that are Pre-M&A that either have unsolicited offers circling or are in the headlights of a 3rd party transaction.

They have only months to get transaction-ready for the deal of a lifetime and to optimise their greatest asset, for the next stage for them personally, and for their business.
